The College of Arts and Sciences offer a wide range of courses, majors and minors
including the natural sciences, the humanities, mathematics, the
fine arts and the social sciences, as well as professional
programs in actuarial science, clinical laboratory
science,
studio art and interior design. The School offers a distinctive combined major in psychology and sociology, a strong and growing
array of courses in women's studies, and established "graduate
bridge" programs leading to master's degrees in social work and
elementary education. More than 600 students pursue
undergraduate majors in the College of Arts and Sciences.
